I have a 72 Grabber factory 302 auto. Drum front and rear. I am wanting to at least rebuild the front brakes. Looking for parts in Autokrafters, they are showing like 3 different brake shoes. Is there a way to know what size I need before tearing down, measuring and hoping the parts store has them in stock before wasting a whole day.

    Any help/advice greatly appreciated. Brian

If it were me, I'd just bring the old ones down to the part store and match it up. I think I got mine at advanced auto or carquest...

Go to your local parts store for parts like that.

That is the only way to buy a Ford part...or you will be making two trips or more to the parts store. :thumbs2:

That's just it...closest parts store is 30 minutes away. Just trying to save the time, gas, headache of it...

A Maverick is an OLD car. Driving 30 miles back and forth to a parts store is small potatoes in the whole scheme of things. :Handshake
