I Talked to Bruce at Modern Driveline and he said that if you mention this forum when ordering you will get 5% off your order.... They have hydraulic clutch kits for the toploader and t-5 ... If you order the parts for a toploader ask for the special bell housing shim its not listed on the there web site but is recommended. It gives you the extra space you need for the internal hydraulic throw out bearing... Here is a link to there web site...

If you use a toploader 4 speed you have to use the internal slave. This kit is great if you are having Clarence issues with long tube headers and a z-bar.... It only has one small hose going down to the bell housing....

Have you used this setup? Looks cool, just a little pricey.

I have not used it yet, I ran across there products while looking for alternatives to eliminating the need for a z-bar ... I knew I could use hydraulics on a t-5 but was happy to see it for the toploader... I'm going to order the parts I need and dump my c-4...

The thing I like is the LF series master that is for a maverick/comet, it bolts right to the hole where the rod comes from the pedal to the z-bar... It has simple linkage that hooks to the pedal and just one 24" hose down to the bell housing...

I have the hydraulic clutch setups in both the wifes mav and in mine. Well worth the price in my opinion. My mav has the t-5 and hers has the factory 3 speed. Love the ease of installation and the detailed instructions.

I used Modern Driveline kits for my cougar t5 conversion and loved them. I had to piece it together when I did the Maverick swap.

I used the rosehill performance stuff, with a reverse swing cnc pedal because I could not find a good used pedal setup.

I can push my clutch to the floor with one finger. Almost too light!
