    1971 ford maverick sedan
    Hi, everyone. I have a 1971 ford maverick sedan that was once my dad( it was my dads' first car ever). it in pretty rough shape :cry: I'm really trying to fix it up.:oops: so far i have installed a 1st gen mustang gas tank, because the original one rusted out; and refreshed the heads, and gave the engine a nice paint job.
    (The photos was before I started working on the car)

    That's very cool. I hope you stick with it to completion. Arizona cars tend to have very little rust, so that is in your favor.

    :Welcome:from Atlantic Canada! And between you and me, it doesn't look rough at all! If you want to see rough, come visit Atlantic Canada and look at 5-year-old cars!! Actually it looks to be in better shape (rust-wise) than the car I was driving over 10 years ago. Keep an eye on the drivers side fender fitment and suspension...it looks like it had a fender bender on the LF at some point (the LF rad support area is crinkled).
