I went to a car show today. My buddy Andy had his Comet there, and another fellow had his 75 Maverick. Andy's best 1/4 mile time this year was a 9.79 I think. The red car is a 250 CID, C4 car. Both are very nice cars, at opposite ends of the hobby spectrum.

No problem! We know how to do Mavericks North of the border, too!

Both are originally New Brunswick cars. The red Maverick belongs to an older gentleman, and it was originally his mother's car. He has a membership here under Don Moore but I don't think he's been too active on here...

Andy has had his Comet since the 80's and it has gone through MANY transformations to become what it is today.

Maybe next summer, I'll be able to wedge a nice yellow Grabber in between them at the car shows????

    Nice cars for sure.

There is one thing that scared me, though .... is that a Comet GT scoop on that K-car convertible?!?!
