The pully that is connected to the crank or the bottom pully seems to be warped. The car runs fine but does make a little noise. Could it be warped ?? There are two pully's there it seems to be the front pully. Am I correct in thinking that it comes off by the center nut, then the back pully is bolted to it?

nope, pull the 4 small bolts from the interior of the pulley and tap tap tap with a hammer. (gently) it will fall off. the 2 pulleys are actually one piece.

Center bolt holds on the balancer...not the pulleys

How do you know they are warped, did you let the engine idle and watch them?
Also, do you have a stock harmonic balancer........the harmonic balancer is attached to the crank with one bolt, but is in pressed on to the crank shaft snout and you would need a puller to take it off. As everyone has said the pulley(s) are attached to the harmonic balancer...........and yes, if it is stock and old it could be coming apart...........or the pulley could be bent/warped..........what kind of noise does it make?
    How about a picture?

On my 250 six the pulley is the harmonic balancer.

I am working on a 74 200. The back pulley is the one that seems warped the front one seems fine. it's seems to be tight. Yes you can see it when the engine is running.Sorry I thought I put year and size in original post

I am not familiar with the Ford six, is the pulley attached to the harmonic balancer or is it part of the harmonic balancer.
Just a question, has this motor recently been put together or has it been this way since you owned the car?
If this pulley is part of the harmonic balancer, then the complete harmonic balancer needs to be replaced as this can cause serious damage to the motor.

without taking it off I am not forsure, but it does seem to be it. I guess I need to take a closer look at it and see what is going on. It looks to me that this pully slides onto the motor and the other one bolts to it.

More like pressed fit than slide. You will have to remove the radiator to get a puller on the balancer. Don't pull on it with a 3-finger puller, you will need one like this.

No I haven't heard of one warping. I seen where the crank snout got bent and had the whole balancer wobble.
