I am fixing to have to get some tires for my 75 Maverick. I was wondering what everyones opinion is on the size of tires you recomend for the front and back. Thought about getting some a little taller and wider on the back. Just curious to see what has worked well for someone else. 15" 5 slot mag wheels, stock suspension......

I like 225/60 up front and 245/60 out back.

With the backspace slots usually had, you're going to be limited somewhat on the rear tire size. Probably the biggest size you'll fit is 275/50, but I'm not going to guarantee that advice. I'm running 235/60 on front on Mopar cop car wheels (15x 7 or 8, I don't recall the width) The rears are 295/50 on 15 x10 steel wheels with a 5" backspace, you're slots backspace is going to be in the 3.25" to 3.75" range

    I agree. That's what I'm running.
