I just rebuild my c4 But i'm having a problem. I pour tranny fluid in an it's leaking out of the vent hole. And when i put it in drive the wheels don't turn.

How much fluid did you pour in? After you started it did the level go down any?

Was the car running while you were adding the fluid? It should have been.
