Hey gang, it's no joke, Frank is not adding any extras to the pictures (paint on Dodge truck). I have not seen paint look deeper or richer than I saw that Day when looking at these fenders with Frank. It looks as though the paint is still wet. And Frank tells me this is this guys first paint job. His paint booth is a home-made room made in his garage with some insulation materials, 2 by 2 boards, a fan and filters to keep the dust and paint overspray down. Excellant work but it looks like he spent many hours getting it to look this good. No fish eyes, no dust spec, nothing bad at all.

You should invest in an angle drill...they work great in close quarters!

Finished installing and wiring the new lights in it's room. Next comes insulation in the attic and setting it up to store parts as they're removed from the car. So much closer to working on it instead of the house!

did you see that little bit of rust int he 1/4 panel? I dont have a welder and neither of us know how to weld even if i did have one so to the crusher it goes.

that and the floor was so rotten inside you could almost flinstone the car literally and the trunk was so rusty you could see the street under the car. when we went for a cruise you could see the freeway under our feet. just about everything was rusty/rotten but it was a good curb hopper :biglaugh:

we had loads of fun terrorizing it every weekend during the summer :D. that was when we had tons of spare tires for the car . now that were out of tires and out of warm nights it had to go

Took apart the 351 today. turns out its never been run:yup:
still had the assembly grease on the bearings. the crank had been milled and a lunati camshaft. hopefully the cylinder rust will be able to hone out. its a shame that it was abused like that. can't believe somebody would put all that money into the engine and just let it sit.
