    Hey Everyone,
I just got a 75 Maverick started. It had been sitting for over 15 years. I had to put a 76 Fuel Tank on it. It did not come with an "Air Pressure Relief Valve". This device allows the tank to breathe when temperatures change and you have a lot of fuel in it. It also prevents fuel from spilling in the event that the vehicle ever turns sideways or upside down. The tank itself has a 1 and 1/4 inch hole in it. Do you know where I can get such a item?

I may use a breathing gas cap but it doesn't do anything for me in the event that the vehicle gets sideways or upside down.

Fuel will slosh out of that hole regardless if you don't install the grommet and valve for the 76 tank. Rock auto had them at one point and I think you can still get them from Ford. A search on sleezebay might get you somewhere as well.
