hello all I just picked up (traded a 74 dart sport) for a very clean 75 maverick 2 dr. factory 302 c4, a/c p/s p/b. it is to be a father son project. it is a rust free car that has never been in an accident! oh it does have a early grabber hood but the inserts are damaged the a/c parts are missing and the last owner did some questionable modifications to it. it is still a very solid car and most of what he did is cosmetic. originally white with a blue int( nice combo) i plan on restoring it with a few upgrades to the engine. this car brings me back tho, i had a 71 comet GT when I was 14, it was a basket case 50.00 "learning" car. it is a shame to think what became of it but i always had a soft spot for these underdogs. i have owned and built many muscle cars and am not a brand specific guy. if it is fast and Detroit built it I am on board.i am soo thrilled to have found this forum I will have lots of questions and I am sure you all will have lots of answers.
