74 comet head lite buckets

seems like im missing a coil spring from headlight bucket to fender to help stabilize the lite/bucket assy..any one confirm that..TIA for info

 

Yes....the buckets have springs on them. If you need one....let me know.

 

craig thx for info.. i purchased a manual 5 years ago from you.i thought it was a good idea at the time..my finished 51 merc and 67 cougar were resting in shop,the comet was next..the comet is coming back together, i just finished the Oxford white color,very nice...if you will send a photo of the little springs,one for each bucket..maybe that will serve as a mind set as to look at what im seeing..called a senior moment....maybe hard ware item..thx for your help.gary LMSGDS1951@MSN.COM thx again
