   I went to a local junk yard today and found a 2-door big bumper comet floor shift automatic with pretty decent doors and i was wondering if i could swap the comet doors for my maverick's rusty ones.

   Yes, the doors will fit your Maverick. The inside handles may be in a different location but the holes will be there for your handles.
