3.00 Rear - Who needs it?

    Any want to buy a 3.00 8" rear before it goes to the junk yard? $25 + shipping (it's heavy). Worked fine when I pulled it out two weeks ago.

    Is it the conventional lock? Hmmm I wonder how much the shipping would be for that. Has anyone shipped something of that size before?

    Standard Rear

    It is an open differential - not Trak-Lok - I would't be selling if it was! :) I would just ship the differential and not the entire rear. I'd figure $20-$25 UPS ground ....

    I swapped an entire 5-lug rear - drum to drum - into my Grabber from a parts car. The rear is still together but currently has 4-lug axles since my Grabber was original a 6-cylinder.

    I just figured I'd throw it out to the group since most Mav's came with 2.79's and a 3.00 is a little nicer.
