Can anyone take a stap at guessing my compression ratio? I have a 429 with trw forged flat tops and a set of d3ve heads. Just wondering if you have built one of these as I don't want to pull it apart to try and figure a better cam choice than what's in there.

According to my calculations: 9.60 to 1.

Perfect!!!! Thanks for your time. I think that will work perfectly for my daily driver. I'm putting it in a 79 f150 shortbox 4x4 I'm redoing right now. I hope it will have enough jam to carry my camper!!!:thumbs2:
