saw these in the gallary yesterday :16suspect poor mavs but i guess its better than somebody just crushing them
Had a buddy that put a 68 gto body on a bronco running gear! Someone should have shot him for messing up that car. But like you say keeps them from the crusher. Then he rolled it trying to be super goat and it ended up crushed anyway.(Bonehead!)
You forgot the picture of the orange 4x4 Maverick that was going around. I don't mind the 4x4 Maverick thing, and like Mitch Christens says, at least it keeps them from the crusher.
Call me crazy but i actually like them. it just shows there's more than one way to be a maverick when you drive one.
4X4, drag cars, wheelie Mavericks, beaters, mint, restored, heaps, 1/2 and 1/2, 4-door, 2-door, funny cars, etc, etc, etc , i like 'em all as long as they stay out of the crusher!!!!
That's what Motor Max needs to make- a 4X4 Maverick hauling a Yellow Maverick Stallion on a trailer. I'll take 5 please and thank you.
Try a cj7 or a wrangler they have a longer 93.4 inch wheelbase than the 83.5 inch wheelbase which is closer to the maverick 103 inch wheelbase. If I were going to go that route i would go for the TJ 98-2006 then you can get coil springs all the way around and dana 44's which are stronger axles then the garbage 2 peice AMC 20 rear axles.
:evilsmileYou could always use a '70's Toyota underbody from one of those Toyota Jeep copies that would be nice..............UM.......O.K. ......i'm just kidding, don't shoot me...... i just like to joke around sometimes........ c'mon.
i prefer stocker hight awd for snow driving, but still tempting to buy a mav that is already that way as a winter driver LOL....
I think this is the most awesome 4 x 4 Maverick I have ever seen. I really should have bought this one.. I had the $$$ in my hot little hand and talked myself out of buying it...
