Will the rear leafs off a 65 stang fit? My brother-in-law is parting out somethings off his wrecked 65 stang.

I think he has the JCWhitney HD springs (or the lift springs, can't remember)

anyways, I have the opportunity to 'inherit' them and was wondering if they're a perfect fit?

Get out your tape measure. As long as it measures the same from the front mount to the axle mount, it should work. Any difference behind the axle mount and the rear should be compensated by the shackle, within reason of course.
