Just had my seats re-done in leather. I just picked up the back seat and the front buckets should be done tomorrow. I was trying to keep things as original as I could. I actually found the original material used for our cars but its been on the roll in a warehouse for 30 years and the guys who made these seats said that stuff will only last about 6 months before it falls apart, so I picked out the closest thing I could find in cloth.
Ya ! looks good, I'm going to pick something close too. But only because I'm a cheapskate and will only be my weekend driver....
Very Nice. If you are saying you had original ComfortWeave ... I think you would have been fine using that. I used NOS comfortweave in my Grabber and it's lasted fine for the last 4 years or so ....
and how often did you ever sit on it? If it only lasted 4 years and you never sit on it then If he is going to drive his car regularly then the guy is probably right, the Stuff sitting on the shelf for 30 years would probably on lasted in his car for a few months. On a side note the interior (and exterior) of your car certainly is like looking at a museum piece
I have about 4000 miles worth of butt time on the seats ... For a daily driver I would have went with leather too ...
