71 Maverick T5 tranny mount . . .

So I was wondering how others have tackled the problem of mounting a T5 in their 71. Did you guys custom fab your tranny mounts? Are you using zip ties? glue? tree sap?

To bad you're on the wrong side of the country, 71gold is looking for a '71+ car with a T5 to prototype up a T5 crossmember for.

 

only for the 87-93 transmissions though.....

i could weld the cross bar to the frame mount brackets and let you set the mount plate where is fits best...
