Tody, where I come from when someone said's, sure they are, it means there not. So I'm still not sure.

I believe all the pre '70 joints are four bolt so do not interchange with '70-up parts... My '69 Fairlane Cobra has the four bolt upper B/J...

Upper( & lower) control arms as assemblies with B/J will interchange between:

All '70-up Maverick/Comet(I'm 99% the '69.5 have the four bolt)
    '67-'73 Mustang/Cougar
    '66-'71 Fairlane/Torino/Ranchero/Comet/Cyclone
    '66-'70.5 Falcon

    EDIT

    Also '75-'80 Granada/Monarch

Again this is the complete A arm, if you are replacing just B/J you need to know if yours are three or four bolt type...
