After many unsuccessful and frustrating searches at mysterious and dangerous wrecking yards I thought we would never locate the "holy grail". But upon providing a nice relaxing date with the wife on New Years Day at the local salvage emporium, I was informed by the boss there was a Maverick over in the mopar section with "one of those rubber transmissions". Reluctantly following orders, I discovered this in a 72 Maverick. I just want to be sure that what I have is what I need. Should I take her to the Golden Corral for the reward? not perfect The boot is not perfect, a little hard around the bottom, but not torn or ripped. no complaints here
