alternator pos?

    1972 ford maverick
    Im trying to locate my postive screw on alternator. But its confusing me. Cuz there are two wires one in fld and one on wat I think is bat. Only the fld has a red cap on it. Wirh white plastic shroud aroind bolt. The bat one has red ring aroind it. Would this red RING one be thebpostive?
