I just purchased an uluminum radiator from my local radiatot shop. he deals with tanks, water pumps, rads etc... I got it home and I noticed that ot has only one long row in it. the row inside core is three times as long as the two in my stock 2 row rad. so i don't know if it's going to cool well. being aluminum I don't know if will work like night and day compared to my stock original. thanks
what did they charge you most people on here have the champion 3 core aluminum and i have it to and thats the taurus electric fan and alternator
I'm running a champion 4 core and I love it. I live in az and it gets hot here. Plus I'm planning on runnig some engine mods that need to stay cool. Runs around 190-195. 300 bucks for rad. and 30 for 2500 cfm fan.(thanks guys for the solid advice and champion cooling systems)
Alum. rad cores dont need to be as big in size as our old school rads. They are much more efficient. Just look how skinny the rads are in the new cars and they do a great job of cooling.
