I have found a 74 maverick spindle setup and im gonna have to replace the rotors and calipers. Can I buy the rotors and calipers for the later years to gain the bigger disk or is the whole spindle differant. Also does anyone have any good pics or write ups on using sn95 brakes on the factory drum spindles
    thankyou in advance

You can't just put SN95 rotors on 74 disc spindles, you need one of the kits.
Did you look at the link I posted yesterday? That site has loads of info.

yes i looked at the kit on ur link. I was wondering if i could put the newer 11 inch rotor from a granada on the 74 disk spindles which I believe came with 10 inch.

My books show all 74-77 use a 11" rotor. The Pinto and Mustang II used the 9-15/16" rotor. The '74 Maverick did use 10"x2.5" drums
