I had thoughts of replacing the b&M shifter in my 72 grabber with a lokar shifter ,not now but sometime down the road ,I will have 73 bucket seats and most of the interior stock looking and I thought a Lokar shifter would look good if anyone has installed on ein a maverick I would love to know about it or see pictures thanks
ive installed them in street rods and trucks. they always seem to universal for me. also seem kind of fragile. they do look nice. if you get aggressive when driving i could easily see over shifting and even bending the shaft of the shifter. if your just a cruiser then it should be fine. it would have a very clean look compared to the b&m big shifter base.
