Replacing master cylinder and hard lines. I may not run the lines the same way as the originals. Does anybody see a problem with this, trying to not put so many bends in the lines.
I can't see how it would make any difference where you run them. as long as it's not too close to the exhaust and anything that moves.
Well the tubes can be as long as you want and have as many bends as you want. I don't see how there would be a problem with you doing that. On custom cars I've seen them route it in all sorts of directions just to keep them out of sight.
Depends on where you want to take the bends out. Ever notice that factory cars have lots of bends by the master cylinder? This is because when you press the brake the master cylinder will actually slightly move because of the flex in the firewall. The circles and bends are designed to flex with the entire system. Ben
