I own a 76 Maverick and recently I have been having problems with the alternator and the voltage regulator. The problem I am having is I have gone through 2 battery’s within 3 weeks because they aren’t getting a charge. I need suggestions on what to do, Thanks.
Have you tested with a volt meter? To see if your getting power at the regulat or or the battery? Both of mine were bad. Replaced the alternative for a referb and new reg.
