the float in the carb has probly sunk. you need to get a new float for it.

Is it leaking past the metering block gaskets???(replace gaskets)
Is it leaking out the vent tube on the top of the carb???(Stuck float/bad needle and seat...or debris keeping needle off its seat.Or as Bryant stated...bad float in float bowl (absorbing gas or has a hole in it...if its brass)Good luck!!!
Is it leaking past float bowl bolts(get new gaskets for bolts)
