I'm in the process of wiring my neutral safety switch from my AOD on a 73 Mav. It was originally a floor shift auto with a/c. This car has not had a motor or tranny it since I've owned it. My question is while chasing wires down to wire up the ignition I found a circuit board (Motorcraft part #D4AB 4A554) in the circuit that controls the starter relay( and many other circuits) . I'm tempted to just take it out of the the circuit and wire accordingly but I am curious what this was suppose to do. Can anybody enlighten me ? Thanks for any info.............!
