I'm not up to snuff on my espanol, but I assume you're looking for a disassembly manual for the instrument panel in the dash ? It comes out by removing the four screws in the face of it.

It actually only has two screws. There are two clips at the bottom that keep it tight there. You have to lift it upwards to come loose. The tricky part is getting the speedometer cable loose. You have to squeeze the side of the cable housing to make it release and pull out. You also have to squeeze the sides of the big plug to get it to release. Simply work it out from there.
Depending on the year of your car and how it is equipped it may be hard to get your hand back there to unplug the speedo.
