I have not had the heads off my engine, since I've owned the car.
I am considering buying aluminum heads. Can I use heads with 2.02 intake valves or do I have to have notched pistons?

Depends on what pistons you've got in there now, also the pin height and piston volume, all this needs to be taken into consideration in choosing the combustion chamber volume in the heads. And then there's the cam grind. A safer bet would be 1.94 valved heads.

A set of trick flow twisted wedge heads w/ 2.02 valves with fit with most cams up to .550 lift depending of duration. I have TW heads w/ a b303 cam and stock pistons without valve reliefs.
