actually, i was going to head to the shop today and take a few progress pictures but had to slide into work for awhile. i'll try this week to get some. the cage is done, went with a 6 point... not really sure if they are NHRA legal by they way i bent the side rail bars but, i dont plan on running 11.99 or faster to need the roll cage... 12.00 and slower dont need a cage. i bent the side bars down and then forward to go below the arm rests to make it more comfortable in the seats with arm room... i wasnt really going for a "drag car" anyways... just wanted a mild pro street look.

i named it... "The Green Tornado" since I am making a concept "GT" using the Mustang and Torino "GT" logos used in 69 and 70.

Same situation here: Maverick #1 isn't done yet and I had to go out & buy Maverick #2. On top of that, I'm in the middle of building a garage & siding my house. Did I say in the middle??? Let me re-phrase that: I'm in the very beginning!!:slap:

Congrats on the new addition to your stable. I think Craig said it best in another post "If you are not in the market to buy a car...don't look." That's when the bug sneaks up and bites you! ;) :D
