    1st, I have 72 mav w/302
2nd Ihave 78 mustll w/302 complete running car, I would like to (possibly) install the electronics from the 78 into the 72, but Im not sure what wires are needed/required for hookup. Im very proficient at wiring and trouble shooting. Any help is appreciated, wiring diagram would be good or color codes. Thanks everyone and HAPPY NEWYEAR.

Your setting are most likely set to auto resize images. If you left click the image it will show full size. You can print picture also

Hey, what do ya know, it works:). I know cars not computers. Thanks a lot for the info, it'll help 100%. Now, without spending a lot on aftermarket stuff, is this the way to go? Or should I consider a Pertronix set up?

Pertronix is easy and affordable. No need to figure out where to put all that other stuff...
