I just purchased a nice 72 Maverick. Its paint scheme and the interior match the Sprint Edition. The previous owner completed some great engine work (High rise intake with double carbs). Anyway, I have been trying to find something on the web that will deciper the codes on the inner part of the door.

Aside from the interior and the color scheme, the only way to tell from that data sticker if it is a true Sprint, is the trim code will read 'RB'.

Knowing how much it is worth is hard to determine. What it is worth depends on condition, options, etc. If you have pictures that would help us determine a price range.

    Howdy and :Welcome:

Very cool car!!! Only thing I would do is replace the quarter panel badges with the correct ones. THe larger badges was on the Mustang and Pinto Sprints. Mavericks had much smaller ones. You can get the correct ones from here:
    http://www.osborn-reproduction.com/...ct_Position=FIL:CAT+=+'FG8A'ORD:ABS:1KEY:PAR:

Also please considering adding your Sprint to the NAtional Maverick Sprint Registry. You can check that out here:
