I need to replace the rear bumper on my 75 Grabber, there is a set at the local bone yard but they have bumper guards and black protector strips on them, did the grabber ever come with those, also does someone just have a nice rear bumper, Marty
If you're just wanting to replace it because of the small ding next to the license plate you should be able to have it straightened at a chrome shop if you prefer to keep the original bumper.
Nice car!! Hey Man, NICE CAR!!! Very clean. I think I'm gonna go with Maple Mav on this one; chome shop should be able to fix that(or is there some stuff we can't see?) Anyway, you have a very good looking car.:bananaman Country
Marty... ...I think the pads and rubber strips were an option. I offered my old '74 bumpers to anyone on the MMB for free several times, with no takers. I switched to '73 bumpers. Mine were straight chrome bumpers and only the front bumper had guards. The rear was near perfect. I tossed them in a metal recycle bin over the summer. Sorry! Seth
Again, a very nice car. Unfortunately, I only have new bumpers left that use the trim strips for the latter Mavs. If you did want one, I'll let you have one real cheap...for a fellow Mav brother.
