Has anyone tried to make one? Do all the manifolds have the dump in the same location? I know they make dual outlet headers but they're out of my price range. What is the outlet diameter for the 250s(are they larger than the 170-200)? Peyton in SE Ohio

You maybe able to "split the manifold" as we did way back when. Consists of taking a piece of metal plate to fit, and welding it into the opening to block off three cyl. then in that same section, cut a hole in the bottom of the manifold and weld in a exhaust pipe connection. Back then we just used a pipe nipple around 1 1/2 in diam. and after welding, attached a lenght of the infamous "flex pipe" held on with a hose clamp and routed down to a "glass pack muffler". Now days, should be able to get the right connection and have a custom pipe made. Mucho better setup.
