    has anyone used those electric water pumps that are on ebay for $125 ??

    yes i have.. about a year now no problems so far.
    but ya will get flamed if ya tell anyone you useing it cause its made offshore and didnt pay 350 dollars for it. but in a nuttshell have had no probs with mine.:chirp:

    2005 Rx8 with mods... hopefuly some time soon I will have another maverick and have time to work on it!

    How do you route the fan belt when using these? Are there fittings for connecting heater hoses?

    No provisions on these for heater hoses,jim running a moroso low mount alternator bracket on mine with a serpintine pullies

    Drill three 1/8" holes in the thermostat for the bypass…use the unused port on the pump for the heater hose

    i ordered a elec waterpump from 1 bad71 camaro for 104 bucks plus shipping.. i will give it a try
