eliminate power steering

    since i did not get any response to the ps bracket quesion i am going to do awy with the ps but what is the part# of the piece that goes in the linkage npd (mustang) lists 2 differant ones 64-68 or 69-73 any body know?

    if you are talking about this piece...it sucks....there was too much slop in the steering for me. i got the ...drag link and pitman arm...from a manual steering '69.5...:thumbs2:

    yea i agree with frank i never used the conversion part but everyone says there is alot of slop in the steering i just got a used steering box and pitman arm bar with a drag link cost about 200 with all new bushing and all the parts

    what does the manual steering piece look like where it attaches to the gear box? up close pics please....:bowdown:
