    Hello all,
I was wondering... I have a 95 Lincoln Town car and was going to sell it or part it out, but also was thinking if possible it could be a good donor car for my 70 Maverick. The Lincoln has the 4.6L and overdrive trans, I am not too sure if I would drop that in but it sure would be nice to have the efi and I would have 100% of all the wiring and computers and such. I also was thinking that it would be nice if I could use the front end and rear end, being able to convert it to five lug and disc brakes. I don't know if it would work or if it would even be worth it. I personally was thinking that I could fab the dash in also, done some measuring and I think it would be possible and cool having the digital dash. Either way looking forward to see what you guys think.

    Thanks
    Adam

The mav is gone but i'm still here!
The engine itself wont fit between the shock towers of the maverick(I measured my old 4.6SOHC). It will require a TON of fabrication to swap the front suspension over. Your best option is to sell the town car and just buy a 5.0 engine.
