I am going to put a 90 mustang roller motor in my 72 grabber, Do you have to change the oil pan,and the timing cover for the oil dip stick. For the motor to fit.

If the Maverick has the stock suspension you will need to change to a front sump oil pan and move the dipstick to the front timing cover so you can get correct dipstick readings. You will need to plug the hole for the block mounted dipstick. Some timing covers have the boss so it can be drilled for the dipstick others don't.
Keep in mind that the 90 engine has a reverse rotation water pump so if you intend to keep it that way you will need the correct timing cover. You can buy new aftermarket covers on e-bay or most of the Ford engine builders like Bennett Racing, Keith Kraft, DSS, Ford Perfomance Solutions, Coast High Performance etc...

mmmm Someone never put my oil dip stick to the front of my motor... Its out of a 84 mustang. You say I can buy a timming cover that will already have the hole in it? I already plugged the old one and everything...

If you have a front sump oil pan you should have a timing cover mounted dipstick. If you have a rear sump oil pan you should have a side block mounted dip stick.
