Evaporative Canister

    Does any canister work with any vehicle? My car came without its canister and I would like to replace it with a smaller plastic canister. Too many fumes in the garage after driving. My idea is to go to the local U-Pull-It.

    71 2 Dr Maverick, 70 Mustang Sportsroof, 77 F100 4x4, 72 maverick grabber wifes
    I used a motorcycle charcol canister on my mustang............nice and small and does the job just fine.
