    That is what I am using. I got one when I did my power to manual conversion.

    Zorares, It is the very last part of the manual steering system setup, where it connects to the frame. It has a bit of twist, but it is where the entire steering setup connects to the framerail.

    Yes, the car comes with it stock.

    You can see it at the very end of the steering setup. It is at the very end of all the linkages, where it connects to the frame rail opposite of the steering stuff.

    When I checked the applications it said it was not compatible with a 1973 Maverick.
    I guess I'm out of luck. I will have to keep the $15 Moog part that I installed last year.

    I'll give it to you for $4,500.00, plus a $532.00 palletizing fee, $327.42 truck frieght and applicable state tax. :Handshake

    How about I pull mine off - less than a year of driving on it - ans sell it to you at the dealer price of $100 and only $50 postage and handling? :)
    Then you can resell it at the going rate and make a ton of money - and I will buy a new one for $15 and have it installed for $15.

    How about a Genuine Ford NOS part that I have installed in my car? I'll let it go for $20,000 and you know what? you can take the whole car with it!! now that's a great deal!!:dancing:

    I'm new here and just got my car and I thought it was something I had to have because you guys were talking so highly of it now i'm out $1500 thanks a lot guys :badwords: :(
