I have a set Exhaust Manifolds that came off of a 302 Comet. On the rear of the Right Exhaust Manifold is a mass of metal that has a hole in the top of it. Can anybody tell me what it is? Thank you, Mark

if its a small tube its the tube that goes to the old manual choke. hot air comes through there to the carb to warm your car up and open the choke or close it when its cold
