Had a muffler shop run duals for me. Silly me, I thought I was getting a completely new exhaust, only to find that he left about a foot of the old Y pipe on each side, where it comes off the manifold, and welded his pipe to it. I’ve got a leak on drivers side where it goes into the manifold. I know what he’s gonna say, that there’s no way to form the end of new pipe where the donuts are. Can I buy pipe that is shaped to fit into stock manifolds?

Of course the ends of new pipe can be flared to fit the exhaust manifold outlets.
    The exhaust shop was lazy...
