One day while Tom And I were drinking beer and looking at my car we noticed that the front of the hood was bent down like it was hit and does not line up with the grill so I would like to know if any body out there knows of a good quality hood. Thanks Ken

    Ken,

Where did you get your scoop? I'd like to add one like that to mine. Where can I find one?

alot of after market fiber glass hoods don't fit perfectly and need a lot of shimming and adusting to get them to fit perfucly, i'd recommend taking it and the car to an autobody shop, or a hotrod builder type shop might be better as they'd have a bit more experince with fitting after market fiberglass hoods.
Theres a place here in British Columbia Canada that makes after market hoods for fairly decent prices. http://www.tokenfiberglass.com/
my friend recently purchased a Thunderbolt hood for his Fairlane from them and it fits pretty good after he got it adjusted at a bodyshop the guy who adjusted it also does a lot of hotrod work too.
