I've been waiting 25 years for this. Now maybe I can get something done on my cars...

30' x 30' with 10' side walls. It's all I could afford, I know I'll fill it up quickly, but I'll just have to make it work...

Man, that will be a solid building with that steel framing. Congrats!:thumbs2: I have been working on mine for 5 years and I just bought the stuff to get electric to it and the metal for the ceiling I have to put up. I'm thinking in our cases good things come to those who can wait.:D

Congrats on your new home for the cars! It's always nice when a plan comes together. Much better to be able to work on the cars inside. Also, great to be able to keep the cars inside out of the weather.

    Good luck with the project.

Very nice progress you're making (y) - 3 years ago I went from a gravel driveway to a 28 x 32 garage. Wait until you see what an amazing difference it will make. You will run out of room no matter how big you make it.

Good luck and keep the pictures coming.

uhhhhhh lucky, i measured our garage and if i put the mav in i would have about 6 in. in the front and 6 in. in the back, its the smallest garage you could have to be able to call it a garage

Looks great. Are you doing all the work yourself? What brand of building is it?:)

I checked quite a few manufacturers but I would have had to put the building up myself, and I just don't have the time. I was talking to a longtime friend who owns a concrete company about a building and he told me about a local guy that is reasonable and honest. This guy builds metal buildings from scratch. Cuts everything, makes and welds on all the brackets. He even did the slab. It's a turn-key deal for what it would've cost me just to buy a kit.
