    thats a little expensive for a used unit.. but good job.. i am looking for a 3.40 track lok.. but i may have to buy new if i cant find one

    That's what I was thinkin' too, but I have also paid too much for stuff that I really wanted, like the sport steering wheel...

    ST, have you checked out the rest of the maverick parts prices. it's all getting expensive. in a little while you may be saying that was a bargain.:slap:

    now that was a bargain... the weight alone you should be at over 50-75 bucks.. the center section weighs close to 50 pounds

    well yes i agree... but a center section is universal.. i just cant see why its soo expensive.. i paid 125 bucks for the whole 8" rear end in arizona... i took out the center section and threw the axle tube away.. should have looked harder when i was there and found a complete 8" with drums and brakes... oh well..lesson learned.

    now i have a center section to work on and get ready for spring... just as soon as christmas is over and i can save some money.. lol
