I Know This Is My Third Post In Two Days, But I Finally Got A Little Time On My Hands And I Would Like To Get Something Accomplished. If Some Of You Remember, I Am Putting A Heater System (non A/c) Into My 1970 Maverick That Had Factory A/c. There Was An Insulation Type Pad On The Inside Of The Firewall That Covered The Entire Length Of The Firewall Under The Dash, Right Where The Heater Goes. This Pad Was Completely Wasted. I Ended Up Tearing It All Out. Is There Any Replacement Pad That Can Be Purchased? Has Anyone Used Anything Else That Looks Decent And/or Does A Good Job?
    Thanks,
    Stuart

Nobody makes one. Either have to find a good used one or make one yourself.

Dynamat would be a good choice, but it's not cheap.

You might look at the 68-70 Stangs firewall pads. What I do is try and find the picture of a part, firewalls, and compare them. A lot of parts interchange, just no one ever took the time to compare them. Good luck

Google search "automotive insulation" You'll get a ton of hits. Then you can custom fit your insulation the way you want it.
