Recently I posted that I was being forced to sell my car due to some current unstable work conditions. Well, I never even ran a classified add, other than a brief mention on this site, and I have since sold the car. The good news is I'm selling it to my best friend. This is great for a few reasons. For one I know the car is going to another certified Maverick nut. Second it's going to someone very close, so who knows, I might even end up getting it back at a later date. Lastly he has invited me to go with him to car shows, and he even said I can drive it anytime I want. How cool is that? It's the next best thing to keeping it.
my stepfather just did the same thing with me, he bought a new F350, and cut me a hell of a deal on his really clean 94 F150, under 100k, nad just a little rust aroung the wheel wells that he'sa going to help me fix.
Great! Now, the not so good news! He gets to turn the heck out of it with you in the passenger seat grinding your teeth! j/k Seth
Life in the passenger's seat. Actually my friend took me for my first ride in the passenger's seat this weekend. I thought an 11.80 quarter mile felt pretty fast when I had the steering wheel in my own hand, but it's a whole other story when you're sitting on the other side (with absolutely no control over what's happening). What a rush!:bananaman
