I was just wondering if anyone in Northern California or Western Nevada was planning to attend the Fordlovers.com show & drag race? It is on Sunday, May 6th at Sacramento Raceway. If anyone is planning to attend this show/drag race let me know. I am planning to attend and was hoping to meet up with who ever goes. Here is the link to the show/race www.fordlovers.com.

I printed the application out tonight. Maybe, just maybe!!! If I pay early I will be more inclined to get the car ready. Scott

I did the samething of printing it out. I Just need to get my butt in gear and get to working on my car. I need to do a alternator upgrade since I put March pulleys on and the old 60 amp isn't doing the job. I know Tom, if you read this. I have been putting it off for a few months, :D.

It shouldn't be bad in May over Hwy 50. Hwy 80 you never know. Especially how late our winter is right now. It's been cold down here in Sacramento like if we were up there towards you & Tahoe. I just wish it would rain soon. Tired of the frozen windshield every morning :D.

Local show just announced their 2007 date, May 6! I will not be in Sac. Local show is a lot of fun, for a good charity and until 2007 has never seen a Maverick!

man you gotta stop skiing north shore, cause the thinnest day in kirkwood was still a foot deeper than rocks. guess i better take a break though and get my headliner in before may.

Headliner? It looked fine last June. Why are you changing it out? Are you planning to attend this show/drag race at Sacramento Raceway? I still plan on going but haven't heard from anyone else saying they want to go.

Sierra, look at the date I wrote that! You had no/little snow either! That's ok, the last two weekends have been nothing short of fantastic. Drive down to Santa Rosa and the Peggysue Car Show. www.peggysuescruise.com A lot of fun, some great cars and downtown is closed just for us!

Mini-Meet on June 7th?? I would drive my car out there if I knew someone else was going to make the trek too. I have only driven my car around the neighborhood, never on a long distance trip. Yes, I am scared to be alone :D. Just encase something breaks or I overheat. Also that show is in June, not May. Bring that Maverick out to Sac and see what it will run.

My bad, Petaluma Car Show is in May, same weekend. I know what mine runs but I think I am done with the track for a while. After what I just paid for paint, I don't want any walls coming too fast at me!! Come on down in June, it is an awesome show for a great cause! Scott

I won't be at the Petaluma show, be in St Louis on business. BUT, I am signed up for the Santa Rosa show. They have a great three day venue that even includes cruising through downtown while the streets are closed. Pretty cool..
