Hey guys, Been on the forums for a couple of months now and realized that Ive never properly introduced myself so here it goes.... My name is Jacob, I'm 18 years old and live in Colorado Springs, CO. Last October I purchased my first car, a 1973 Maverick Grabber wits lots of upgraded parts and a couple small problems. (the car use to belong to a member on here, I think his forum name is Wesley) Anyways Ive been working on it ever since. I know nothing about engines, but I can do a bit of body work. So far I have about 1 grand invested in the car wit new parts and such. I am currently working on refinishing the hood after a previous owner had it flip up and hit the edge of the roof while going down the highway.

Cool, Welcome!!!! I was in the middle of my first Mav build when was 18. 1987. Nice to see young guys still building these old cars. Its amazing actually.
